Rod Jackson has been approached and to our delight was already in the process of asking the club to ask if he could have the position of NBBC Women’s Team Coach. We got to him first and he has accepted.

We have known Rod to be a well accomplished and respected coach of Jr’s and Seniors. He has played year round in both the Melbourne and North Balwyn Baseball Club as well as holding committee positions at NBBC.

When we floating the idea of nominating a women’s team at the end of the last winter season, the name Rod Rodney Jackson was brought up every single time as the best of the best options.
