Last week, MWBL (along with Baseball Victoria’s CEO, Kristie Middleton) held a delegates meeting to discuss the recent announcement by Premier Dan Andrews, relaxing restrictions on sporting activities and what that would mean to Winter Baseball.
Although a Return to Competition date is still a ways off, the announcements did allow for training sessions to commence.
North Balwyn Baseball, along with a number of other clubs, have commenced preparations to ‘Return to Activity’ and the committee are working through the very complicated process of preparing the club for a safe return to training. We ask again, to please be patient and allow the committee time to get everything in order for a return to training.
BV have advised that anyone wishing to attend organised practices with a club, MUST register online PRIOR to arriving for training.
This process is simple, online and free to register.
Please be aware:
1. This registration is for training ONLY and does not register you to play the winter season (which is still on hold). Should the club return to play, you WILL need to re-register and pay the appropriate fees.
2. You will not be allowed to enter the field without registering.
